Episode 49

31st May 2021

A band that literally woke me up and not so literally dragged me to the stage appears in Offbeat Intros this time. Irie Fire have some very catchy tunes indeed and Sareii from the band chats to me, shares some stories and gives a great introduction into the band.

We will be taking a journey from Baltimore to Byron Bay as we play ska and Reggae tunes, the Australian influence coming from the fantastic Blue King Brown in the double play. Add to that the suggested album being "versions" of Horace Andy tracks by various dub artists and the show is definitely something to look forward to.
